President Muhammadu Buhari  has revealed what he discussed in the meeting which he had yesterday with some Nigerian celebrities at the Presidential Villa. President Buhari met with Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, Kunle Afolayan, Tobi Bakre of Big Brother, Adedimeji Lateef, Small Doctor, Sound Sultan among others in attendance. Buhari on his official Twitter handle confirmed the meeting. He said that during the meeting, he assured them of efforts to create an enabling environment for Entertainers and Nigerian youths to excel. He also urged Nigerian youths to get their PVCs and exercise their voting right come 2019. For a very long time, many Nigerians have clamoured for June 12th to be declared as Democracy Day in honour of late Moshood Kashimawo Abiola Abiola. However, that has come to an end as President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday made the declaration that the new date for the annual national celebration become June 12 no longer May 29. Buhari in his statement said “June 12, 1993 was the day when Nigerians in millions expressed their democratic will in what was undisputedly the freest, fairest and most peaceful election since our Independence.
