Wizkid Made N72million From Spotify – Adasa Cookey Nigerian music video editor, Adasa Cookey has revealed that Nigerian singer, Wizkid has just made yet another huge cash in from his songs. The music editor who has worked with several big names in the industry took to his social media page to reveal that Wizkid has just made yet another N72 million from two of his songs on Spotify. Adasa Cookey revealed that the two songs, ‘My Love’ and ‘Come Closer’ have been streamed more than 55 million times on the platform grossing in a total of about $200,000 for the Nigerian singer. The songs whose earnings for the singer was estimated was released as part of Wizkid’s latest album ‘Sounds from the other side’ which knocked Jay Z’s 4:44 off iTunes number one spot some weeks ago. Wizkid is however yet to confirm or deny the earnings as reported by the music video producer.
