Suspended House of Representatives member, Abdulmumin Jibrin, has been expelled by the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chapter in Bebeji local government area of Kano State. The local government chapter of the ruling party explained that the former House of Representatives Chairman on Appropriation was expelled due to anti-party activities. 2. Three bills, which are part of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), Thursday passed for second reading at the House of Representatives. The bills were considered separately and passed via a call for voice vote by the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara. 3.
